Windshield wiper came on and off intermittently on its own. Consumer contacted the dealer on more than one occasion, and the problem had not been resolved.

While driving in inclement weather the windshield wiper would come on and go off on their own. The consumer was able to drive to the dealer for inspection. The mechanic informed the consumer that the windshield wiper motor needed to be replaced.. please fill in additional information.
