Pedal to floor failure of clutch actuator. I want to yell at the GM dealer as much as at GM. I found a number of technical service bulletins from the nhts. gov website, showed them to the service department and was told they couldn't find them because they weren't in the proper format. Of the parts they replaced, the pressure plate and clutch plate were in good operating order. An engineer friend of mine stated that the actuator is what failed and was cheaply manufactured. The dealer replaced hydraulic system and clutch assembly.
