The spring that connects to the steering wheel that works the horn doesn't work. This is unsafe and irritating and Chevy knows about the problem but since not a lot of people have complained they won't fix it. This is not an easy fix, the steering wheel has to be removed and a new clock spring installed, now the tricky part is doing this without detonating the airbag and possibly injuring yourself. The part is inexpensive it is the labor that costs and if they happen to deploy the airbag you have to buy a new one and have it installed.
