Cobalt 2.2L 4 cyl

This has been an on going problem since around 2006.First noticed it when the weather started getting cooler.It absolutely refuses to go into gear unless you turn it off put into gear and then start it and even then it refuses to shift into the next gear.It also creeps with the clutch pressed in.The 2005 Chevy Cobalt is a POS.
