The only way I can really describe this annoyance is that t here is a sound of a jet engine coming from under my hood. I have been told that it might be the fan running at the wrong speed, so it is creating an annoying noise. This makes it difficult to hear phone calls, and sometimes even conversations. This sound is definitely less than normal.
