Cobalt

  • Automatic transmission

The vibrating is very annoying, it feels like the brake pedal is going to shake lose, even though I know it is the tires and has nothing to do with the brake pedal. I wish Gm would do something about the 2 issues I have commented about.

Cobalt LT

  • Manual transmission
  • 11,100 miles

I first felt the vibration in the front end when I was on the interstates doing about 60 mph. I was having my vehicle looked at for other ongoing issues (excessive fuel consumption, lack of power up hills, excessive wind noise from both front doors) and I had them look into the vibration. I was told it probably is my deep lugged snow tires causing the concern and wait till I put on the summer tires then decide if it really is an issue. I always use this particular type of snow tire on all my vehicles and this is the only vehicle having vibration concerns. Paalease, give me a break. I have worked in the automotive business in the service department for going on 12 years now. How stupid do they think I am. I'll change the tires in two weeks and see what they tell me next.

Pain in the A__ says it. Brand new car when it was broke in and I went over 60, this thing sounds like you are on a rumble strip all the time. The dealer is aware of the problem but cannot/will not offer solutions. They stated there is similar complaints. I do not believe some of your persons have not made this complaint. I will have to push this further than the dealers willingness to look into this further. Would appreciate emails of similar complaints to Agtnew7@aol.com

Thanks for anticipated responses
