Had error code P 0411 "Secondary air Injector incorrect flow

Happened in the middle of February took to my regular non dealer mechanic. said it may have been a fluke the first time and to bring it back if it happened again.

Happened again the following week. Took to our local mega dealer Billion Auto in Iowa city, Iowa. Said it there was only one thing that can cause it, the secondary air injector pump. cost was $450.

Same code went off 5 days later took back to the dealer said the part may have been defective or it may have been the valve that connects it and would look at it. later that day they called and said it may have had condensation that was freezing in it at night and they had left it in the garage the night before and worked fine for them and wanted to leave it outside that night. left it out for the night to see it it was freezing worked fine for them. would not investigate with other dealers Chevy and gave the implication they did not want to see my car if the check engine code kept coming on and of (lasts for 3 engine cycles).

The code repeatedly comes on and off every single week and on my drive to Florida where repeatedly still came on and off (defiantly not freezing temps feb/march)
