broken flex pipe

this car is a giant heap of crap. i have contacted the dealer and they just keep telling me to spend more money. without the flex pipe the car wont run so it is actually a drivetrain problem.. So i had it fixed for 225 and the check engine light still on. they want me to pay again to have the light reset.. to me this is utter bs
