Fuel leak either in the line or at the pump, still have to get it looked at. It's too bad Chevy said this problem was fixed in 2007, yet I see several owners have this issue. I throw the BS flag on Chevy. So here's what I am going to do. I have a VERY large family, some have Chevys already.
1. I am going to TELL everyone and tell them to pass it on that Chevy USED to be a good car, and now it's crap. I am also going to tell them this is obviously a known issue although Chevy denies it. (There's NO such thing as a coincidence and any moron can see that it WAS NOT fixed in 2007)
2. I am going to get my car fixed by a private mechanic. I refuse to feed the Corporate Chevy monster for obvious reasons. I suggest others do the same.
3. I am going to rid myself of this POS ASAP. I have had other issues with it.
4. I will never, EVER buy a Chevy again. Neither will my children.
5. Pray that Chevy gets what is coming to them and that they go bankrupt with NO BAIL OUT.

Just want to say this car has been good for the time I have had it, except for just recently on February 6, 2020. I went out to start it and there was a very very strong odour of gas, so I immediately turned off the motor in case of a fire. I called GM via of Jenner, Chev, Olds in Colwood where they told me to get the car there and it would be fixed for free if the problem was in the fuel line. Which obviously it is.
The car is there now and I will find out tomorrow what they will be able to do for me. Also, I had it towed there for safety sake. So hopefully I will receive the good news that it can be fixed and because it is a default at no cost to me. Thank you very much for being able to get this out there.
