Cobalt

  • Manual transmission
  • 21,000 miles

I have been driving manual cars for 30 years and have never had to have a clutch repaired in a car. My last car a Nissan had 175,00 miles on it when I sold it and still had the original clutch. There is no reason for a clutch to go at 21,000 miles. Dealerships blame it on the owner "driving it hard". This has never happened and they are using a thin flywheel. Anyone else with these problems should call the GMA complaint dept. this is happening to other people as well
