I have a 2004 Chevy Colorado crew cab 4X4 with the Z71 off road package. I ran over a stick about 3/4" to 1-1/2" in dia. And it broke the fuel line (that is pvc not metal). I think GM should look at this more closely as it is a major hazard on the road. I notified GM on Monday 12-01-2008 and they said that, could not have happened. Well it did happen and if it happened to me I am sure it has before and will happen again. Please let me know how I should proceed with this major road safety hazard. Thank you, randy schmidt

There is a problem with the fabrication. The choke control is broken. Chevrolet is not offering any help. I N the morning, when he started the vehicle, he went back into the house, came back, and the vehicle was burning. Contact believes the problem started in the engine. The vehicle is at the dealership now.
