well, i took my truck to the dealer about noise in engine. i left it. i also had some problems with power windows, they called and said the window was fixed but would like to keep my truck another day about ticking noise.i called the next day and they i needed a new head.they would order it but i could take the truck until the head comes in i said ok.2 days later i called they said the head was in so,i dropped my thuck off.the next day they called and said i needed a new cam and lifters.they replaced everything and so far everything is ok.i got on the internet and found that this is not uncommon in this engine and i should ask for extended warranty.so when i asked the dealer about it he said he would only warranty the work they did for 1yr.so far so good!

i was wondering if alot of other people are having the same problem? my truck now has about 47,000 miles now and no problems, so far.
