problem #2

Colorado 5-cyl

  • Automatic transmission
  • 350 miles
The passenger door on the Colorado (without electric locks) does not have a key lock to open the door. Chevrolet says this was decided by a Focus group and does not have a kit to rectify this problem. The only entrance to the locked vehicle is through the driver's door. A case number is furnished and Chevrolet refers to the dealer who does not have a kit as of this date.

: the contact stated the passenger side door does not have a keyed lock. The key fob must be used to gain entry. The manufacturer determined this is how the vehicle was manufactured.
