my stareo acts up and my windows only work half the time

Look I don't Care for to yell call y'all mean things because it gets me know where in life. But my truck is acting really wired considering that when im going down the road im not sure if it is stalling on me or what but i do know that it suddenly shuts off and i loose power steering. and it has almost caused me to be in a serious accident

i don't want to get hurt in a vehicle that my paw paw payed 14,000 for that redickulas i do my best to keep maintenance. electrical problems need to be fixed and what sucks is im flat broke my family and me are almost flat on are backs we cant do nothing to my truck because i am complete broke. i don't know if it is defective or it is just me its really wired because. when my truck dies going down the road i can shift to neutral and start it back up and regain control. please help me i don't know how much longer i have.
