The contact owns a 2007 Chevrolet Colorado. While making a left turn, the contact's vehicle was struck by another vehicle on the driver's side door. The air bags failed to deploy. The contact paid extra to have air bags placed all around the vehicle. He sustained back and neck injuries. The vehicle was destroyed and towed from the scene. A police report was filed.
