The transmission oil cooler line was not seated in its clamp/fitting allowing the metal line to contact/rub the steel frame whereby a hole was worn through tubing. This caused a transmission oil leak whereby the leaked fluid was being sprayed along the underside of the vehicle when the vehicle was moving.
