The contact stated that the manufacturer exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue. The contact stated that while driving approximately 50 mph off of the freeway on an off ramp and while pulling into a parking lot their vehicle's power steering suddenly failed.
