The touchscreen infotainment system on the truck went haywire again. The problem first occurred about 6 months ago, at which time the dealership had it for approximately 2 days. They said if it screws up again, it would need a new touchscreen. Fast forward 6 months and the radio changes channels and volume on its own, hangs up and makes calls on the Bluetooth on its own, and scrolls through multiple functions and changes the info center on the dash on its own.
The dealership had it for a week and called saying it's fixed. When I picked the vehicle up I didn't make it one block before the system went nuts again. I gave it back to them and they kept the vehicle close to another 2 weeks. The tally is now 1 new touchscreen and a new computer for the infotainment system. Vehicle is currently functional again, hopefully for good.
