The contact owns a 2016 Chevrolet Colorado. On several occasions, the horn required approximately 20 pounds of pressure to activate. In an emergency situation, the contact was unable to activate the horn quickly. The vehicle was taken to concord Chevrolet (located at 1330 concord ave, concord, ca 94520, (925) 682-6400) where it was determined that the failure may have been caused by a design flaw and could not be repaired. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not informed of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 1,000.
