Colorado Z71 Crew Cab 3.6L

After the first oil change and tire rotation on my 2016 Z71 Crew Cab 4x4 I notice a thumping noise coming from my left front. Took it to the dealer and they changed out the wheel bearing and told me nothing was wrong with the one they took off. Still made the thumping noise, took back and change out bearing again and told me it may be the tires due to cupping. When I go 26-30 mph I can feel it through the steering wheel and really hear it. I replaced the left with a new tire and still thumping noise at low and high speed. My last oil change and tire rotation I had a few months ago seemed to make it worse. Going back to dealership.
