Colorado 4WD, Z71 3.6L V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 4,500 miles

When the vehicle is started and then driven, there is a sweet smell coming from the vents. Although I can't be certain on the kind of smell, it is not exhaust fumes. It happens when the A/C is on and the blower is running. It lasts for about 2-3 minutes while driving and then completely disappears. If I stop the vehicle and let it sit for a few minutes and then restart the vehicle and drive again this condition (the smell) will come back, again for several minutes and then will also disappear.

Chevy dealer could not find any leaks or issues.
