When it started the radio would be playing with no issues. Then next thing you know it would start going in and out and usually within 30 minutes all you would hear was off and on static. When the radio goes out you get nothing, even from connected blue tooth devices. So no handless phone. You know, I can probably live without the radio but I like to talk to my family while I am commuting. If it was an old beater car/truck, maybe, but this is a 2019 $42,000 truck that I am making payments on. Grrr…

Now it did start working again after about 3 days but it only worked for one day and then stop working again. No rhyme or reason for when it would start or stop. I found a forum that talked about these issues and some recommendations were disconnect the battery and reconnect, have dealership replace radio/infotainment system or they might be able to do a hard reset of system. I tried the battery. No go.

Finally, after dealing with it for over 6 weeks, I took it to the dealership. They have had it for 3 weeks now. They have supposedly replaced the radio twice and some of the connectors and lines but still they can't get it working long enough to even get the dash back in. Based on what I saw on the forum this has been an issue for awhile, we're talking years.
