My new ZR2 with its heralded suspension soon started sounding like a junkyard truck after it developed loud clunking in the rear end over even the most minor bumps. There is a bulletin to replace the leaf spring inserts, which was done at the dealer under warranty which fixed the issue, and it remains fixed for me today months later.
