I noticed my drivers seat was rocking back and forth. Had it back to the dealer several times, they stated they tighten the seat and it is "normal" under working conditions. I also complained that the leather on the seat was discolored, and was advised this is from " normal" wear. The car only has 9,400 miles.Call GM and they filed a case number and referred it to another Chevy dealer, did the same repair, tighten the seat (I wonder how it can be loose again)?. I drove away from the dealer and it was still the same rocking back and forth.Called GM again, They want me to take it back to the dealer again, and they moved my complaint up a level. BIG DEAL...I would like to know who has a problem with the seat rocking back and forth and was it corrected? I know there is other GM cars with this problem and GM doesn't want to fix it under there warranty time limit.
