While participating at track day, sponsored by Porsche club of America at thunder hill in northern California, my instructor, while driving, experienced brake fading. When we returned to paddock, we checked the brake fluid. It had boiled out through the cap. We also experienced an automatic transmission over heating warning light. When I returned to Idaho, I took the car to Chevrolet of twin falls. Invoice # 532956. They checked the transmission; brakes and replaced the brake fluid. Then sent me on my way. This car is sold as an performance car. Fading brakes, could easily cause sever injury or death.
