The GM Dealer informed me they would not change the rear tires because the right rear wheel had two cracks and the left rear wheel had one crack. They let me leave with two bad rear wheels and almost bald rear tires. They offered to replace the wheels with original GM wheels for 2000 dollars. No thanks, go for forged wheels, not the same bad GM wheels.

Very expensive car component that is poorly manufactured. It causes rapid tire deflation. Dangerous situation.

2016 Corvette rim defect. The wheel/tire insurance does not cover, and I have to pay cash. I was looking for others who dealt with this and any email addresses at GM or elsewhere to file a complaint.

The car has just 10K miles on it, there is no evidence of a bent rim or damaged tire, or even a mark on the wheel, which would have caused the rim to crack. Both rear wheels cracked and I just noticed today when having my tires rotated. I have heard that these wheels have been an issue since 2015 on Z06 yet no recall or coverage under warranty. A cracked wheel on a car that has the potential as a Z06 is very dangerous.

Have wheel vibration at average speeds. Very concerning, this cracked wheels issue, car may be unsafe to drive. Fairly severe vibration at regular
road speeds. Feels like wheels are coming apart. Purchased this car new- quite disappointed. Daryl B.
