Cruze LS 2.0L

All the seats & backs are very stiff and uncomfortable. I had a Chevrolet sales person sit in my car and then he sat in the 2012 Cruze. He immediately noticed the difference; the 2012 was more comfortable. Obviously, Chevrolet noticed or was informed of this problem, so they made changes to the 2012 Cruze. I have spoken to people at Chevrolet and they came up with a "goodwill" payment of $313.07 to me which represented (1/2) the amount that I requested to have a professional upholster provide the proper material to make the seats comfortable. I continued to correspond with the "executive" office at GM/Chevrolet and they refuse to make any additional compensation to me. I sent copies of ALL the my letters sent to Mr. Mark L. Reuss, GM VP also to the owner of the dealership where I purchased the car, to their Sales Mgr., & to their Service Mgr. If there is someone out there that can suggest any other path to follow for me to get results, it would be most appreciated.
