When I am driving, and let up on the gas, the car pulls back.

I have had this car since the beginning of June. From the get go, it's had issues. I took it for an oil change soon after I got it, and as soon as the guy looked under the hood, he said, do you know your oil cap is sitting on the engine, and there is oil all over it? Of course, I was shocked. So, thankfully, the dealership agreed to repair the issue after the car literally shut down and would not start not long after the oil change. Finally, the dealership took the car again, and fixed the engine issues, or so they said, And, since I've had it, when driving, if I let up on the gas, it will pull back, like it wants to stop. It makes me very anxious, as I have never had a car do this before. I am literally afraid to do much driving at all. It starts always, and there are no lights on the dash, but I just don't like this problem. I am 68, on limited income, and I cannot afford an expensive repair.
