The contact owns a 2011 Chevrolet Cruze. The contact stated that the vehicle would release antifreeze fumes into the cabin of the vehicle through the vents. The dealer replaced the heater core on more than one occasion, but the failure would recur. The contact left a message with the manufacturer, but had not received a return call. The failure mileage was 12,000 and the current mileage was 14,000. The VIN was unavailable.
