The driver's wiper of our 2012 Chevrolet Cruze broked during a big snow storm on Dec 29, 2106. We were driving with no wipers in this snow storm in the night time not seeing the road clearlly It was very dangerous. We had the same problem with our GMC Terrain 2010 back in summer 2015 again in a big raining day, however we received a recall for it. I think that GM has a serious problem with their wipers system. They should have the same recall on the Cruze...

Coming home one night (in the pouring rain of course) I stopped for 5 minutes to grab something from the store. When I came back out the wipers were no longer functioning properly. They would only go half way up the windshield making it extremely difficult to see as it was pouring rain. A few weeks later, the left (passenger side) wiper no longer moves but a few inches and will not wipe the windshield. I am going to get the wiper transmission replaced as soon as I get the extra cash, I was just wondering how many people experienced this problem?
