Cruze LTZ 1.4L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 2,800 miles

1st dealer replaced seat cover, they did a sh*t job, took to another dealer they installed a New seat back cover, 1st dealer damaged head rest guides/retainers, new dealer went to install new guides, now no button to release on guide, per GM they no longer service that style guide, now head rest can not be adjusted , head rest is in full up position and can not be adjusted as there is no release button to lower it, GM TEC center involved they are stating that's how it will be now. I'm 5'11" and my wife is 5'2" she will not be able to have a functional head restraint system.

I wonder how they can meet National Safety requirements for head restraints.

Cruse is a nice car but GM needs to step up to there problems, but what the hell we the Tax payers own part of GM, wish I had some input as part owners.
