Cruze ECO 1.5L

  • Manual transmission
  • 31,000 miles

The temperature outside was 76 degrees, inside of my vehicle was over 100 degrees. When I got into my vehicle , I went to fold down visor and the mirror cover in the visor pretty much blew up. The plastic swelled from the heat and the piece of plastic flew across my vehicle. The cover then fell onto my lap. I had this same issue with a 2007 Honda Civic Coupe and the Honda dealer replaced both visors with an upgraded model that was a stronger plastic. It would be great if the Chevrolet dealer would as well.

I live in Western New York and not the south so heat is normal but never extreme and I can only imagine this has happened to many customers that don't speak up. File a complaint if you have had the same problem please.
