problem #3

Cruze LT 1.4L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 154,000 miles

The turbo on this car is prone to failure and doesn't even set a service engine light! You can scan and find under boost codes but no visible warning. This is expensive to repair and will probably happen again.

problem #2

Cruze ECO 1.4L Turbo

  • Automatic transmission
  • 38,000 miles

This was a premature failure of a turbo and it was just out of the warranty. GM would not help at all. I have always had Japanese previously, with excellent luck and satisfaction. I will never buy another American car.

Cruze ECO 1.4L Turbo

  • Automatic transmission
  • 72,000 miles

This is the second Turbo failure on the car, about 35,000 per Turbo. Do you think GM has a problem. They don't care as long as they get them out of the warranty period. I will never buy another American car.
