car smells of burning rubber
ISSUE became noticeable once heater is on. Wasn't like until fixed coolant recall. GM has been notified of all my issues. ALL they offer is $1,000 toward a trade in. I still owe $15k on my car. Dealership called on behalf of GM. They (Chevyland, Shreveport) told me they could put in a 2015 cruze for $19k in a color I don't want. In a model with as many complaints similiar to the issues I have experience in the 2013. They quoated the max trade in, without physical inspection , was $9k. the last 3 vehicle I owned was Chevrolet. I will not be buying another!!
GM is a WASTE OF TIME!!

This is an overwhelming strange bad odor that was in the car when I purchased it. As part of the sale on my 2013 Chevy Cruze they offered to detail it and get the smell out. It was better when I got the car back but definitely not gone It took a long time to do and I was not happy with the smell still but hoped it would air out eventually. I currently have 3 air fresheners in it and it is hard to describe the bad smell its almost like a smokey burnt odor mixed with just something stinky? It seems to blow through the vents and any time it sits in the sun parked when I open it up the smell is pungent. I wish I knew what is going or is this some kind or engine or wiring problem or will there be a future problem. This is just one of the problems I have with my vehicle that I purchased 9-28-17 with only 29,842 miles on it. see other post for more complaints sorry.
