When driving at night, lights from all autos following my Cruze cause a ladder-like starburst pattern in my rear window. On a busy road this almost totally blocks my ability to see out of the window. The problem has been reported to my local service department and to customer service. Their reply was "there is nothing we can do about this problem, we have verified the problem but there are no windows available that will not cause this starburst pattern". This seems to be a design flaw and an accident waiting to happen.
