Equinox LS V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 99,587 miles

I used to love my Equinox, but over the past few years every time I turn around I'm replacing the headlights/taillights and it's not cheap on Social Security. I'm also having issues with the electrical on my front passenger window, needless to say It's up all the time in the Texas heat (which sucks). My a/c went out and that another $600 I can't afford. I'm raising 3 grandchildren and can't afford all this stuff.

Very disappointed.

Equinox LS V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 43,000 miles

It's not fix as yet, as I have wasted over 1,000 on light bulbs, and the awful thing about it is it keeps happening, I need to see if there is a place that cares in the auto industry and what they can do about it. The Auto place I went to, they try to tighten the light as they said it seems there is extra space in the fixture where the light goes, but that did not help at all. I am so fed up I think I will write to the Better Business Bureau about this, as this has gone on way too long.

It is not unfortunate, as I did report it to the Nemet dealer who sold me the car in Jamaica Queens, NY and the sales person says those things happened.

This problem started back in December of 2009, since then I have had to replace my ligh bulbs monthly, if it it not the head light its the brake light,. I have replaced all 8 of my bulbe and now I am starting over again, Each bulb cost me $25.00 to replace. I need to get a resolution to this I am so sick of going in to get these light replace. The last time I went was on 6/11 and today is the 25th and I am heading in again today.
