The cheap flaps over the mirrors broke off. I'm very dissatisfied with the 2006 Chevy Equinox.

It happened once shortly after I purchased my brand new vehicle (less than a year old and the mirrors were hardly used), and the dealership replaced them the first time. But they would not fix them after it happened again...less than another year. They are very cheap and should be replaced without charge.

The interior mirror covers are cheaply made. They just fell off. Bravo Chevy!

Barely used these mirrors and on one of the first uses on both sides, the covers broke off!!

This is the second time that the flap has failed in the four years I have owned the car.
- Janet S., The Woodlands, TX, US
Right away the cigarette lighter/charger quit working, alot of air comes in through the windows (I guess it wasn't sealed properly, and both flaps on the mirrors on the visor broke off. POS!

This car is so fragile! The plastic clips on the back of the back seats broke off the first time that I tried to use them. The car was less than a year old at that time. It didn't matter enough for me to have it fixed. The mirror flaps broke off when the car was still fairly new. I don't remember the exact year. The cover for the cup holder, in the back, broke off when my daughter bumped it with her backpack. Pretty much, if it is plastic, it is broken. The 2006 Equinox was not made with quality in mind.
