The contact owns a 2006 Chevrolet Equinox. While decelerating to stop the vehicle, the contact felt the brake pedal vibrate excessively. The traction control and ABS warning indicators illuminated intermittently. The failure occurred whenever the vehicle was in use. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic on three occasions. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The vehicle had not been repaired. The approximate failure mileage was 109,000.
