The vehicle was then taken to a dealer where it was confirmed that the head lights needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The contact owns a 2006 Chevrolet Equinox. While driving various speeds, the right turn signal mechanism would illuminate continuously when activated. The dealer was unable to determine the cause of the failure. In addition, the driver side power window failed to operate. The contact also mentioned that the driver side headlight bulb was replaced six times. The manufacturer was not notified of the issue. The VIN and failure mileage were unavailable.
