Just before Thanksgiving of 2016, my wife said the car's heater wasn't working. I brought it into the shop to check it out. I thought it needed the heater core replaced. I do this type of work so I worked on her car. That didn't fix the problem. I then checked the water pump, I found it was leaking so I replaced it. While I had it tore down I replaced the blend door motor that I thought would affect where the heat went. That didn't change anything. The last thing I have done was replaced the blower motor resistor. That didn't change a thing either. It still blows luke warm air and alternates with cold air. I have also bled the lines for air bubbles. Since I do this type of work for a living and didn't have to hire someone I spent $200, I would have easily spent nearly $1000 to $1500.
