Any help or advice on Lemon Law in Indiana on 2012 Equinox. They are probably minor issues to some. But my safety is at stake along with my mother and or grandkids that I have to haul around. Chevy better hope my case gets closed. So tired of getting ripped off. One major nickel and dime and 239 miles over warranty. Been complaining for over a year now. If I had the money; would have traded long ago. Just really pissed right now. Never feel safe in this vehicle. System battery and alternator have been changed after I was stranded and lost brakes, power steering each time. Thankfully that was under warranty and was told would extend warranty since I have complained so many times until I had more issues. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Did not buy from a certified dealer so they don't care.
