Equinox 2LT 2.4L

Its been to the dealer two times now and still isn't fixed. They replaced the radio the first time. They reset and updated the software the second time. Still wont stay on the 24 hour setting for more than a day and the vehicle hasn't been driven for three days. The clock reverts back to 12 hour format,
