Electrical problem with my 2013 Equinox. The interior light goes out intermittently. The dealership has had my car since Thanksgiving and can't get it to duplicate the problem. I also have been driving on the high way and with no warning the car has just died. Also after having it back for almost a week it dies again.
I am so frustrated with GM right now, as they obviously know about this electrical issues. So what has GM done for your problems? I have already contacted GM Customer Service and they just call the dealership. I found out that Customer Service is just the middle man between the customer and the dealership.

About 6 months after purchasing my vehicle, every now and then the dash lights will go very dim or dark for a few minutes then return to normal. I did mention it to the dealer when I had it serviced and they said nothing was wrong. The next time I took it to have it serviced I mentioned it again and they said maybe I accidentally moved the switch with my hand or leg. Seriously? To top it off they didn't even mention it in my paperwork.
