Inside door rusting at weld points The tailgate has blisters on it exposing the sheet metal. Chev offered 30% of the cost to fix the issue.

rust and peeling paint on bottom seam all doors
this should not be happening to a vehicle that isn't three years old yet. This is a major design or paint screw up

HAVE OWNED 14 NEW GM VEHICLES AND WITH EXCEPTION OF A FEW RECALLS I NEVER HAD ONE BACK TO SHOP, ONLY FOR SERVICE. HOWEVER, MY 2013 EQUINOX HAS A NOISE, TICKING SOUND ON OCCASION, COUPLE TIMES A WEEK, SOUNDS LIKE FUEL PUMP AREA, HAD BACK 3 TIMES BUT THEY CAN'T DUPLICATE THE NOISE ....ALSO MY PAINT IS PEELING ON THE RAIL AREA ON TOP AT LUGGAGE RACK AREA, NOTICED AT 38OOO MILES ..
GUESS WHAT, DEALT WITH GM CUSTOMER PATRICIA BRIDGES, THEY WERE NO HELP. VEHICLE PAINT PEELING AT 18 MONTHS IS UNBELIEVABLE. HAVE BEEN A LOYAL GM CUSTOMER BUT WHEN THEY DIDN'T REPAIR THIS I WILL NO LONGER BUY. MY CHILDREN ALSO OWN GM BUT MY DAUGHTER SAW WHAT I DEALT WITH GM, JUST BROKE WITH TRADITION AND BOUGHT A 2014 FORD EXPLORER. FOR LESS THAN 200 GM, LOST A VERY LOYAL CUSTOMER... GM CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DEPLORABLE............
AN EX-LOYAL GM CUSTOMER IN WV.
HOPE THEY FIGURE OUT NOISE IN MY FUEL TANK AREA
Update from Feb 23, 2015: GM wouldn't repair due to 38000 miles but only 19 months old.
Now trying to figure out the ticking sound that happens a couple times a week ,sounds like it is from right rear near fuel tank..anyone know what this could be.

I've been a Chevrolet fan my entire and my family has been too. My sister had an Equinox, my stepmother has had three..... then I get mine and the dang paint just flakes off in chunks. Needless to say, I'm pissed.
