Reedman-Toll in Langhorne ,Pa. was very unhelpful at first, they tried to dismiss the problem in the steering of our Equinox. I finally got the head mech. to listen for the problem and he agreed with me that the truck did not sound right . He also said that being only 10 months old the truck should not be making such a noise.

Reedman-toll replaced the steering rack free of charge, thing that was the problem. The problem showed up again when I got the truck home. I told them about it and I called Chevy Corp. about the problem and they proceed to make out a report on the problem. Chevy Corp. told me to take it back for service they get to make it right three times before they call it a lemon.

Well, before I could get it back for service the power steering went out on me; Thankfully, I was less than a block from home. Today being 5/01/2016 it is a Sunday. Reedman Toll is closed. I will update on this problem after they get their second chance to fix this problem. If I caused this problem they would be rising a big stink. I hope they step up and fix the problem and give us some of credit on a lease payment or some other kind of discount on another service. I will update like I said after they service the truck.
