The contact owns a 2015 Chevrolet Equinox. The contact stated while driving approximately 35 MPH, the tire pressure monitor warning light and the check engine warning light illuminated. The contact had taken the vehicle to an independent mechanic where it was diagnosed and determined that the thermostat, and head gasket needed to be replaced. Additionally, there were other mechanical issues with the front and rear brake pads, rotors, calipers, drive belt, and the lower control arms. The vehicle had not been repaired. The manufacturer had not been informed of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 107,000.

When I bought the car a year ago after about 4 months in I started to notice a noise every time I turned left. It was a small noise so I didn't think much of it. The consumer stated the vehicle was inspected by the rental company and it was found that the consumer was at fault.
