Purchased new vehicle from local dealer. The window build sheet is lists 3 factory installed options not actually in the car. Our mistake was driving a similar car and not this vehicle as it was on the show room floor. The dealer offered some accessories for the mistake. Every Equinox with the "sport edition" on the lot had the same mistake so there are many others out there. GM has offered satisfaction programs for other missing accessories like the home link but for this issue. If you have one missing options please let GM know.
