While driving consumer smelled a burning odor. Within seconds the cabin was in smoke, then flames. Upon inspection of the vehicle by the consumer the fire started from the rear of the van. Consumer felt it was due to the rear license plate lamp socket, recall 03V217000, but was not sure. The van will be inspected by a Chevrolet inspector.
