Express 6.0L

Transmission failed. Slipping in forward gears, especially 4th. Found heavy clutch material and debris in transmission. Replaced transmission...... copied off Chevy dealer invoice..... vehicle down for a week..... the company just bought 6 of these CHEVY EXPRESS 3500 15 PASSENGER VANS. This is the third vehicle of 6 that's failed. All were under 78,000 miles. I think I can see a reoccurring issue with transmission issues....
