The contact owns a 2016 Chevrolet Express. While the vehicle was parked, the door closed without warning even when the vehicle was on an incline. The failure recurred four times. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where the contact was advised by the technician that the door was performing as designed. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 2,000.
